I would like to take a moment to recognize Bonnie.J for her exceptional customer service. She handled an issue I was experiencing with a delivery(package) in such a professional and thoughtful manner. She was proactive in finding a solution and, most importantly, helped me feel reassured throughout the process.
Her kind, warm, and caring attitude made a difficult situation much easier. I truly appreciate the time and effort she took to resolve my issue and make sure I felt supported.
Thank you again, Bonnie, for your wonderful service! I would highly recommend this company, especially because of employees like her.

Dave is the best . Always there for you if need help or any information, I have been with apple storage,4 years and counting. Best priced unit. Always guarded with a peace of mind that my stuff is safe and sound.
But pls do t increase insurance price this or in up coming years.
